1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Our Use of Data

3.1 - Any personal Data you submit will be retained by The Mechanics of Poker for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the website. Data that you may submit through any communications system that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.
3.2 - The Mechanics of Poker uses the Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk of fraud and, when in line with the preferences you gave shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products and services.
3.3 - The Mechanics of Poker uses the Device Information that they collect to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

3.6 - On behalf of The Mechanics of Poker, the User’s Personal Information can be used by ActiveCampaign for communication purposes (email marketing and automations). A Data Processing Addendum supplements the Terms of Service between Poker Ambition and the service provider.
3.7 - All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security, see Clause 8 below.
3.8 - Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our website. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:

3.8.2 - Improvement of our products/services;
3.8.3 - Transmission by email of promotional materials that may be of interest to you;

8.1 - Data security is of great importance to The Mechanics of Poker and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online. 
8.2 - In case the User has purchased high-end products of The Mechanics of Poker (f.e. The Mechanics of Poker and the Masterclasses), verification of the User's account is required. All additional Data provided by the User for this verification, will be stored by Poker Ambition additional layers of security.

9. Changes to this Policy

The Mechanics of Poker reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
