Here’s a great life habit to install: obsess over getting 1% better each and every day.

Both as a poker player and as a person, every day is an opportunity to become a better version of yourself.

Now you can’t upgrade all areas of your life at the same time, but focus on a few key areas that you want to be progressing with right now.

Then create some form of monitoring system to track your progress in that area over time.

It could be the number of hours you put into studying, the quality of your focus whilst grinding, how many times you meditated or your lifts in the gym.

You get to choose whatever is most important to you.
